Chase Alvarez had always been a man of integrity and hard work. From a young age, he dreamed of owning his own company. Chase was not driven by profit alone; he wanted to make a difference in the world and leave a lasting impact through his work.
In 2013, Chase finally decided to turn his dream into reality and establish his own company, which he proudly named Chase Easton Engineering. He knew that success would not come overnight; it would require years of dedication, perseverance, and sacrifices. With a burning determination, Chase embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, fueled by his strong principles and the belief that hard work and honesty would eventually pay off. As the years went by, Chase's company began to flourish steadily. The projects poured in, and his reputation for reliability and professionalism grew. However, Chase soon realized that managing the administrative aspects of the business was taking up too much of his time, stealing him away from the fieldwork he loved. It was then that he made the difficult decision to look for a partner who could share the responsibilities and manage the daily operations, while he could focus solely on the technical side. After an extensive search, Chase found a partner. In 2016, together they formed Alvarez and Shaw, bringing their skills and expertise to the table. Alvarez and Shaw soon became renowned for their exceptional service and commitment to excellence. However, after six long years, Chase and partner reached a crossroads. Their ambitions and visions had diverged, and the decision WAS MADE to part ways. Once again, Chase found himself running the entire business single-handedly. However, this time, he had a newfound perspective. He appreciated the value of having a strong team who genuinely cared about the company's mission. He knew that he didn't need a partner to succeed; his own determination and the support of his team were more than enough. Chase recommitted himself to the values he had set forth when he started his company. He doubled down on his motto to work hard, pay his dues, be honest, and give a product to be proud of, even if it meant sacrificing some profits. He knew that by staying true to these principles, he could continue on the journey of Alvarez and Shaw, with or without a partner. "THERE IS A DEEPER MEANING TO LIFE THAN PROFIT OR SUCCESS. LEND A HAND WITH NO EXPECTATION OF RETURN. FAVORS ARE THEIRS TO KEEP! STOP AND LISTEN! TAKE TIME TO ENJOY PEOPLE AND APPRECIATE THEIR DIFFERENCES. GIVE ANONAMOUSLY AND FROM THE HEART NOT FOR SHOW. DON'T LOAN MONEY TO SOMEONE IN NEED, GIVE IT FREELY WITH NO CONDITIONS, IF YOU GET ANY OF IT BACK THATS A BONUS. TEACH THE NEXT GENERATION ALL THAT YOU KNOW. HOLDING ONTO SECRETS AND GUARDING KNOWLEDGE WILL NEVER BENEFIT ANYONE. |
